Inbox Refresh Problems?

If your PhonePad Inbox isn’t refreshing when new messages are sent to you then here’s what to check (this only applies to users using PhonePad Version 5.65.5 or later):

  • Check on each workstation to make sure the Workstation Notification Service is running.
  • Check the Server or Host PC to make sure the Notification Service is NOT running.
