We are Cybercom Software, a small software company that has been around for just over 20 years.
Established in 1995, we are a small group of programmers specialising in Windows applications for niche markets. We have developed custom applications for a number of small, medium and large clients, and we have a range of commercial software we have produced.
We create desktop applications (networked, standalone, client/server), database systems, applications using various Internet protocols, websites, web applications, and automated backend systems (including shopping carts, order processing systems, customer portals, web-based admin systems, licencing systems, etc.). In addition to that we are working on a number of mobile applications. We have some exciting new projects under development.
We are a small company and pride ourselves on our ability to respond to our clients’ needs. We are not a large faceless corporation. We like the personal touch and are always happy to talk to you.
Our relationship with you continues after you have purchased our software. We’re not interested in taking your money and running. We provide continual enhancements to our products and ongoing support to meet your changing needs.
As a client or prospective client, we value your feedback and suggestions. Unlike products from large software companies, you can have a direct influence on the development and evolution of the software we produce.
We welcome your input and encourage you to become involved in shaping our products. We are interested in building partnerships with our clients so that together we can develop better software solutions. We have a beta tester program that you can join.
We distribute our software via downloads directly from our website as it’s fast and efficient. Using this method, new software or upgrades can be made available to existing and potential clients quickly, cutting down the lengthy delays common with other methods of software distribution.
As a client, you can subscribe to our free email update service, receiving notification the instant a new software release is available.
We believe in trying software before buying it, avoiding bad (and sometimes costly) purchasing decisions. Our products can be freely downloaded and used for a once-only 30 day or 60 day evaluation period (depending on the product). And we give you the full version to try out – no features are disabled. Our aim is to provide value-for-money software at reasonable prices. We want you to be happy with our software, and be happy with the amount you paid for it.
