Hi Tom,

Caller ID is the main new feature in 4.16, however there have been quite a few new features since 4.07 (too many to list here).

As long as the multi line cordless phones are TAPI (Telephone Application Programming Interface) compliant then it should work. There is some information in the online help:

Other than the Caller I.D. feature are there any other significient changes in the current version 4.16?

Does the caller ID work on multi line cordless phones? And if so, where can I find some information on the feature?
