If you haven’t had a reply to your support requests from us over the last 3 or 4 days <\/a>it’s because we had no Internet.<\/p>\n

We have had issues with the Internet since the end of last week.\u00a0 Sometimes we could get connections but most of the time we couldn’t – well, we could but they wouldn’t go anywhere due to DNS problems with our ISP (a couple of days ago there was a well publicized national outage).<\/p>\n

Over the last couple of days we have been unable to get a stable connection – we had frequent drop outs (eg. every few seconds).\u00a0 This made it impossible to do anything, including uploading a new release.\u00a0 This was very frustrating as I’m sure you can imagine.<\/p>\n

Things seem stable as of right now so hopefully we’re back in business.<\/p>\n
