{"id":1308,"date":"2016-08-08T11:03:01","date_gmt":"2016-08-08T11:03:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/?p=1308"},"modified":"2016-08-08T11:03:01","modified_gmt":"2016-08-08T11:03:01","slug":"phonepad-version-5-10-2-has-been-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/phonepad-version-5-10-2-has-been-released\/","title":{"rendered":"PhonePad Version 5.10.2 Has Been Released."},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"post_content\">\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<p>We are pleased to announce the release of<strong> PhonePad 5.10.2 Server Update<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Changes and Fixes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>FIXED &#8211; An &#8220;Index out of bounds&#8221; error would sometimes occur when dragging and dropping messages to folders.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED &#8211; Deleted messages reappearing in the Inbox or other folders (except the Deleted folder of course).<\/li>\n<li>FIXED &#8211; PhonePad 5 Server automatically backs up important configuration files as an added precaution (in addition to your daily automatic backups).\u00c2\u00a0 If the auto-discovery system failed due to a system conflict, it would cause these backups to be performed every second instead of every 12 hours.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED &#8211; In some situations the AutoBackup time would default to a specific time regardless of what you set it to.<\/li>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; The configuration file backups can be disabled using Control Center.<\/li>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; You can initiate a manual scan for multiple IP Addresses on your Server or Host PC in Control Center.<\/li>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; Server Sessions feature shows all connected users.<\/li>\n<li>Various minor fixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Deleting Messages<\/h3>\n<p>A small number of users have reported an issue with deleting messages.\u00c2\u00a0 They delete a message but when they refresh the message list the message reappears.\u00c2\u00a0 We believe we have located the cause of this issue and it has now been resolved.\u00c2\u00a0 If you still experience this problem and are get the resulting error message please let us know.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Server Updates <strong>must<\/strong> be installed on your Server or Host PC, not your workstation (unless your workstation is also the Host PC) \u00e2\u20ac\u201c they <strong>cannot<\/strong> be installed directly on your workstations.<\/p>\n<p>Workstations will be automatically updated when PhonePad 5 Workstation is started on each workstation.<\/p>\n<p>If you have PhonePad Version 5.5.0 or later you should be able to download and install this update via the <strong>Application Update<\/strong> feature.\u00c2\u00a0 If you have automatic updates enabled then the update should download and install for you automatically.<\/p>\n<p>You can also download the updates from your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myphonepad.com\">My PhonePad<\/a> account.<\/p>\n<p>These updates are available for both fully licensed users and trial users.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact <a href=\"mailto:support@cybercom-software.com\">Support<\/a> if you have any problems or questions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to announce the release of PhonePad 5.10.2 Server Update.
