{"id":1319,"date":"2016-09-09T02:06:55","date_gmt":"2016-09-09T02:06:55","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/?p=1319"},"modified":"2016-09-21T00:37:57","modified_gmt":"2016-09-21T00:37:57","slug":"phonepad-version-5-10-4-has-been-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/phonepad-version-5-10-4-has-been-released\/","title":{"rendered":"PhonePad Version 5.10.4 Has Been Released."},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"post_content\">\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<p>We are pleased to announce the release of<strong> PhonePad 5.10.4 Server Update<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Changes and Fixes<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>FIXED &#8211; On some systems the server startup procedures were not starting up correctly.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED &#8211; Phone number and company details were being cleared from new phone messages when new callers were entered, even though the System Rule the &#8220;Clear Caller Details when new caller added&#8221; check box is not checked..<\/li>\n<li>Various minor fixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Server Updates <strong>must<\/strong> be installed on your Server or Host PC, not your workstation (unless your workstation is also the Host PC) \u00e2\u20ac\u201c they <strong>cannot<\/strong> be installed directly on your workstations.\u00c2\u00a0 Workstations will be automatically updated when PhonePad 5 Workstation is started on each workstation.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Important Information:<\/strong><\/span>\u00c2\u00a0 A new feature was added to PhonePad Version <strong>5.10.3<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0 This has caused connection issues for some users but was not evident during the few days of pre-release testing that was performed.\u00c2\u00a0 In fact we are still unable to reproduce the issue here.\u00c2\u00a0 However, we investigated the issue as soon as we became aware of it, and we have discovered what is potentially causing the problem on some systems.\u00c2\u00a0 It has now been fixed.\u00c2\u00a0 If you have installed PhonePad <strong>5.10.3<\/strong> and are unable to connect to the server on your network <strong>please install this update as soon as possible<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0 We apologize for any inconvenience caused.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>You can download the update from your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myphonepad.com\">My PhonePad<\/a> account or by <a href=\"http:\/\/tinyurl.com\/z9qgscu\">clicking here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>These updates are available for both fully licensed users and trial users.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact <a href=\"mailto:support@cybercom-software.com\">Support<\/a> if you have any problems or questions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to announce the release of PhonePad 5.10.4 Server Update.
