But this one isn&#8217;t unlucky.\u00c2\u00a0 <strong>PhonePad 5.13.0 Server Update<\/strong> has been released and is now available for download.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<h3>Changes and Fixes<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; The new Speed Test feature allows system administrators to test response times between workstations and your Server or Host PC.<\/li>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; Import feature for import Categories and Contact Types.<\/li>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; Clear button for deleting all Categories and Contact Types.<a href=\"https:\/\/mld50qmdoq2m.i.optimole.com\/w:auto\/h:auto\/q:mauto\/ig:avif\/https:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/HalloweenPumpkin.png\"><img data-opt-id=1844819955  fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-1347\" src=\"https:\/\/mld50qmdoq2m.i.optimole.com\/w:auto\/h:auto\/q:mauto\/ig:avif\/https:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/HalloweenPumpkin.png\" alt=\"halloweenpumpkin\" width=\"218\" height=\"223\" \/><\/a><\/li>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; Parallel processing to improve performance.<\/li>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; New System Rule allows you to set how the caller lookup list in messages is displayed.\u00c2\u00a0 You can use Fullname (as it is now) or Lastname, Firstname.<\/li>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; Options to specify the default tab to be displayed on the Inbox message information pane.<\/li>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; Address Book button in phone messages allows updating of caller&#8217;s details.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED &#8211; Multiple selection of Inbox message list was inadvertently broken in the previous release.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED &#8211; Index out of bounds error when clicking Inbox column heading.<\/li>\n<li>Various minor fixes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Server Updates <strong>must<\/strong> be installed on your Server or Host PC, not your workstation (unless your workstation is also the Host PC) \u00e2\u20ac\u201c they <strong>cannot<\/strong> be installed directly on your workstations.\u00c2\u00a0 Workstations will be automatically updated when PhonePad 5 Workstation is started on each workstation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong>: When installing an update <strong>make sure it&#8217;s actually the update<\/strong> and not the server setup program.\u00c2\u00a0 The update will update your database whereas the setup program will overwrite it with a blank database.<\/p>\n<p>You can download the update from your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myphonepad.com\">My PhonePad<\/a> account or by <a href=\"http:\/\/tinyurl.com\/jqfyyja\">clicking here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>These updates are available for both fully licensed users and trial users.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact <a href=\"mailto:support@cybercom-software.com\">Support<\/a> if you have any problems or questions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Just in time for Halloween we have the number 13 for you.
