{"id":1360,"date":"2016-12-04T05:22:27","date_gmt":"2016-12-04T05:22:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/?p=1360"},"modified":"2016-12-04T05:22:27","modified_gmt":"2016-12-04T05:22:27","slug":"phonepad-version-5-14-0-has-been-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/phonepad-version-5-14-0-has-been-released\/","title":{"rendered":"PhonePad Version 5.14.0 Has Been Released."},"content":{"rendered":"<div class=\"post_content\">\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<p>We are pleased to announce the release of <strong>PhonePad 5.14.0 Server Update<\/strong>, which is available for immediate download.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"post_content\">\n<h3>Changes and Fixes<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>NEW &#8211; PhonePad 5 Server and its modules are now available in a <strong>64 bit<\/strong> version.\u00c2\u00a0 The installer will automatically detect if you are running a 32 bit or 64 bit version of Windows and will install the appropriate version.<\/li>\n<li>NEW &#8211; The floating Control Bar can be placed anywhere on your desktop to give you quick access for creating new messages.<\/li>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; System Rule that controls incremental searching for Caller list in phone messages.<\/li>\n<li>CHANGED &#8211; Usernames can now contain spaces.\u00c2\u00a0 So instead of JohnSmith, or John_Smith, etc. you can now have John Smith.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED &#8211; Some fields were missing from &#8220;Phone Message with Follow Up Notes&#8221; print out.<\/li>\n<li>Various minor fixes and improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Server Updates <strong>must<\/strong> be installed on your Server or Host PC, not your workstation (unless your workstation is also the Host PC) \u00e2\u20ac\u201c they <strong>cannot<\/strong> be installed directly on your workstations.\u00c2\u00a0 Workstations will be automatically updated when PhonePad 5 Workstation is started on each workstation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong>: When downloading and installing an update from your My PhonePad account, <strong>make sure it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s actually the update<\/strong> and not the server setup program.\u00c2\u00a0 The update will <strong>update<\/strong> your database whereas the setup program will <strong>overwrite<\/strong> it with a blank database.<\/p>\n<p>You can download the update from your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myphonepad.com\">My PhonePad<\/a> account or by using the <strong>Application Update<\/strong> option on the <strong>System Admin<\/strong> menu in PhonePad 5.<\/p>\n<p>These updates are available for both fully licensed users and trial users.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact <a href=\"mailto:support@cybercom-software.com\">Support<\/a> if you have any problems or questions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to announce the release of PhonePad 5.14.0 Server Update, which is available for immediate download.
