We have had some reports where a small number of users are experiencing problems connecting to the server.\u00c2\u00a0 In most cases they are able to eventually connect but not until they have tried several times.\u00c2\u00a0 Most users are not experiencing this issue and we are unable to reproduce it ourselves despite trying for weeks to isolate the possible cause.<\/p>\n

If it takes you several attempts to connect, please download and run the ConnectionCheck program<\/a> to your workstation.<\/p>\n

Here’s an example of it running on a workstation where we performed 200 connection tests in quick succession.<\/p>\n\"PhonePad<\/a>\n

Once the testing has been completed you can generate a report by clicking the Print<\/em> button.\u00c2\u00a0 Once the report appears you can click the PDF button to create a PDF file, which you can send to us if any of the tests fail.<\/p>\n
