{"id":1680,"date":"2018-06-27T23:34:32","date_gmt":"2018-06-27T23:34:32","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/?p=1680"},"modified":"2018-06-27T23:36:13","modified_gmt":"2018-06-27T23:36:13","slug":"phonepad-version-5-35-1-has-been-released","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/phonepad-version-5-35-1-has-been-released\/","title":{"rendered":"PhonePad Version 5.35.1 Has Been Released."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to announce the release of PhonePad Version 5.35.1.<\/p>\n<h3>New Dashboard for Office Managers<a href=\"https:\/\/mld50qmdoq2m.i.optimole.com\/w:auto\/h:auto\/q:mauto\/ig:avif\/https:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Dashboard.png\"><img data-opt-id=1599295071  fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1681\" src=\"https:\/\/mld50qmdoq2m.i.optimole.com\/w:300\/h:128\/q:mauto\/ig:avif\/https:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Dashboard.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"128\" srcset=\"https:\/\/mld50qmdoq2m.i.optimole.com\/w:300\/h:128\/q:mauto\/ig:avif\/https:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Dashboard.png 300w, https:\/\/mld50qmdoq2m.i.optimole.com\/w:549\/h:234\/q:mauto\/ig:avif\/https:\/\/cybercom-software.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/Dashboard.png 549w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<p>Introducing a handy little gadget for Office Managers and others.<\/p>\n<p>The new <strong>Dashboard<\/strong> application sits on your desktop and gives you up-to-the-minute information on the status of phone messages for the current day.\u00c2\u00a0 You can see how many phone calls have been logged for the day so far, how many of those messages have been read by their recipients, how many follow ups have yet to be completed, and the number of follow ups that have been completed.<\/p>\n<p>You can position Dashboard anywhere on your desktop and it will remember that position next time you start it.\u00c2\u00a0 Dashboard is launched from the Manager toolbar or Manager menu.<\/p>\n<h3>Changes in This Release<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; New Dashboard application for managers shows up-to-date information on messages.<\/li>\n<li>ADDED &#8211; Pass Through check box for system email settings.<\/li>\n<li>Various minor fixes and improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Installation Information<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Server Updates <strong>must<\/strong> be installed on your Server or Host PC, not your workstation (unless your workstation is also the Host PC) \u00e2\u20ac\u201c they <strong>cannot<\/strong> be installed directly on your workstations.\u00c2\u00a0 Make sure all users are logged out of PhonePad as the PhonePad Server will be stopped during the update and then restarted once it has completed.\u00c2\u00a0 Workstations will be automatically updated when PhonePad 5 Workstation is started on each workstation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Important<\/strong>: When downloading and installing an update from your My PhonePad account, <strong>make sure it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s actually the update<\/strong> and <strong>not<\/strong> the server setup program.\u00c2\u00a0 The update will <strong>update<\/strong> your database whereas the setup program will <strong>overwrite<\/strong> it with a blank database.<\/p>\n<h3>Automatic Updates<\/h3>\n<p>If you have the automatic update service installed then the update should automatically download and install.\u00c2\u00a0 If for some reason it doesn\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t, you can download the update from your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myphonepad.com\">My PhonePad<\/a> account.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact <a href=\"mailto:support@cybercom-software.com\">Support<\/a> if you have any problems or questions.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to announce the release of PhonePad Version 5.35.1.
