After some investigation<br \/>\n      we discovered that the problem is a direct result of a security patch<br \/>\n      issued by Microsoft.  The Microsoft Security Update 896358 (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/technet\/security\/bulletin\/ms05-026.mspx\"><br \/>\nhttp:\/\/www.microsoft.com\/technet\/security\/bulletin\/ms05-026.mspx<\/a>) fixes a<br \/>\n      vulnerability in HTML Help files, but also kills half of the help files<br \/>\n      all around the world.  The bottom line is the help files will not work<br \/>\n      if they are on a network drive, but will work if they are on a local<br \/>\n      drive.  Nice of them to let everyone know.<br \/>\n<\/font>    <\/p>\n<p>\n      <font size=\"2\" face=\"Verdana\">We can give you a patch that will renable<br \/>\n      the help files, but this would effectively disable the security update.<br \/>\n      Probably not a good idea but if you&#8217;re not concerned about that then let<br \/>\n      us know.
