Requires current update plan for licensed users. Also available to trial users.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>FIXED &#8211; Message ID column was appearing in message lists even when it was unselected.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>FIXED &#8211; Notifications not being displayed when user has access to other Inboxes.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>FIXED &#8211; Recipients weren&#8217;t always displayed in message lists (when the column was set to be visible).<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Minor fixes and improvements.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<h3>Installation Information<\/h3>\r\n<strong>Please note:<\/strong> Server Updates <strong>must<\/strong> be installed on your Server or Host PC, not your workstation (unless your workstation is also the Host PC) \u00e2\u20ac\u201c they <strong>cannot<\/strong> be installed directly on your workstations.\u00c2\u00a0 Make sure all users are logged out of PhonePad as the PhonePad Server will be stopped during the update and then restarted once it has completed.\u00c2\u00a0 Workstations will be automatically updated when PhonePad 5 Workstation is started on each workstation. <strong>Important<\/strong>: When downloading and installing an update from your My PhonePad account, <strong>make sure it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s actually the update<\/strong> and <strong>not<\/strong> the server setup program.\r\n<h3>Updates and Anti-Virus Software<\/h3>\r\nDepending on the anti-virus software you use, when you install a Server Update your AV software may class the updated software as a different program due to the change in binary signature.\u00c2\u00a0 If you experience <strong>speed or freezing issues<\/strong> after an update, you may need to reconfigure your AV software to stop real-time scanning of PhonePad.\u00c2\u00a0 This may need to be done on the both your Server or Host PC, and your workstations.\r\n<h3>Downloading the Update<\/h3>\r\nYou can download the update from your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myphonepad.com\">My PhonePad<\/a> account or by selecting <strong>Server Updates<\/strong> from the <strong>System Admin<\/strong> menu and clicking <strong>Check for Update <\/strong>(you will need to log in as an administrator).\r\n\r\nIf you are a trial user you can also download the update by selecting <strong>Server Updates<\/strong> from the <strong>System Admin<\/strong> menu and clicking <strong>Check for Update<\/strong> (you will need to log in as an administrator).\r\n\r\nPlease contact <a href=\"mailto:support@cybercom-software.com\">Support<\/a> if you have any problems or questions.","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to announce the release of PhonePad Version 5.55.1.
