O&#8217;Brien.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED &#8211; Start on Windows Start may not work in specific situations.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED &#8211; Access Violation when adding new user from the Add Caller screen in new phone messages.<\/li>\n<li>Minor fixes and improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Installation Information<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Server Updates <strong>must<\/strong> be installed on your Server or Host PC, not your workstation (unless your workstation is also the Host PC) \u00e2\u20ac\u201c they <strong>cannot<\/strong> be installed directly on your workstations.\u00c2\u00a0 Make sure all users are logged out of PhonePad as the PhonePad Server will be stopped during the update and then restarted once it has completed.\u00c2\u00a0 Workstations will be automatically updated when PhonePad 5 Workstation is started on each workstation. <strong>Important<\/strong>: When downloading and installing an update from your My PhonePad account, <strong>make sure it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s actually the update<\/strong> and <strong>not<\/strong> the server setup program.<\/p>\n<h3>Updates and Anti-Virus Software<\/h3>\n<p>Depending on the anti-virus software you use, when you install a Server Update your AV software may class the updated software as a different program due to the change in binary signature.\u00c2\u00a0 If you experience <strong>speed or freezing issues<\/strong> after an update, you may need to reconfigure your AV software to stop real-time scanning of PhonePad.\u00c2\u00a0 This may need to be done on the both your Server or Host PC, and your workstations.<\/p>\n<h3>Downloading the Update<\/h3>\n<p>You can download the update from your <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myphonepad.com\">My PhonePad<\/a> account or by selecting <strong>Server Updates<\/strong> from the <strong>System Admin<\/strong> menu and clicking <strong>Check for Update <\/strong>(you will need to log in as an administrator). If you are a trial user you can also download the update by selecting <strong>Server Updates<\/strong> from the <strong>System Admin<\/strong> menu and clicking <strong>Check for Update<\/strong> (you will need to log in as an administrator).
