This is a free upgrade for all  licensed PhonePad clients which can be downloaded from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myaccount.cybercom-software.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">My  PhonePad Account<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>New Features<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Import Users &#8211; PhonePad Admin can now import users in one batch via  CSV or XML files. This should make it easier for networks with a lot of  users.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 New Reports &#8211; New statistics reports added to PhonePad Admin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Changes and Problems Fixed<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Added Refresh option to user list in Receptionist mode.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Added Quick Print option for printing messages in a compact format to  save paper.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Fixed problem with message area default font not observing settings in  Preferences.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Fixed problem with flash notification option continually flashing.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 In Receptionist mode, the search option should search the selected  user&#8217;s Inbox &#8211; fixed.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Search not returning all results &#8211; bug in search code &#8211; fixed.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Fixed problem with PhonePad Admin starting with a blank user list when  there was a database connection error.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Fixed problem with user list in Receptionist mode showing blank  entries.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Removed Logged In status from PhonePad Admin as it is not reliable.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Miscellaneous fixes in In-Out Board.<br \/>\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2 Updated links in SupportCenter.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Downloading PhonePad<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cybercom-software.com\/phonepad\">PhonePad<\/a> Version 4.14 can be downloaded from My PhonePad Account under  the My Downloads section: <a href=\"http:\/\/www.myaccount.cybercom-software.com\/\" target=\"_blank\">http:\/\/www.myaccount.cybercom-software.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We are pleased to announce that PhonePad Version 4.14 has been released and is now available for download.
