With PhonePad’s<\/a> Receptionist <\/strong>mode, users can access the Inboxes of other users.\u00c2\u00a0 This is how you set it up:<\/p>\n

Navigate to the PhonePad<\/a> folder and run PhonePad Admin.\u00c2\u00a0 Login using the default administrator account<\/a> (or an administrator account you have created).<\/p>\n

\"PhonePad<\/a>Select a user from the list of users, then select the Edit User<\/strong> option in the sidebar.<\/p>\n

\"PhonePad<\/a>Make sure the Receptionist <\/strong>checkbox is checked, then click OK<\/strong>.\u00c2\u00a0 With the same user still selected, click on Receptionist Access<\/strong> on the sidebar.<\/p>\n

\"PhonePad<\/a>You can give the selected user access to another user’s Inbox by selecting names from the list on the left and adding them to the access list on the right (using the arrow buttons).<\/p>\n

Click Close <\/strong>to close the Receptionist Access<\/strong> window.<\/p>\n

When the selected users logs in to PhonePad<\/a>, a list of users will be displayed (next to the Inbox message list).\u00c2\u00a0 They can then access other users’ Inbox by selecting their name from the list.<\/p>\n
