And we&#8217;re definitely not perfect.\u00c2\u00a0 Like most other humans, we can make mistakes.\u00c2\u00a0 If you find a mistake or a bug, please let us know and we&#8217;ll fix it as quickly as possible.<\/p>\n<h3>Changes in This Release<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>NEW: New system message types added: Email Read Receipt and Email Delivery Failure (requires MessageSender Version 6.25.0 or later).<\/li>\n<li>NEW: Display Name added to user accounts. If present, these will be displayed in the Inbox header and User List.<\/li>\n<li>NEW: Select which users appear in the Appointment Calendar from one screen.<\/li>\n<li>NEW: Set the emails for all users from one screen.<\/li>\n<li>NEW: Outgoing messages now allow adding Notes for calls.<\/li>\n<li>NEW: Messages can now be printed from Global Search.<\/li>\n<li>NEW: Some users were getting confused when using the Global Search, and couldn&#8217;t find a way to get back to the Inbox (just click the Inbox folder) so they would exit PhonePad and go back into it. Added a link to Global Search bar to take them back to the Inbox.<\/li>\n<li>NEW: ControlCenter &#8211; Added download button for MessageSender.<\/li>\n<li>NEW: Appointment Calendar &#8211; Standard appointments now have the option to schedule a room.<\/li>\n<li>NEW: Appointment Calendar: Notes can be displayed in the appointment space.<\/li>\n<li>NEW: Appointment Calendar: Days with appointments are now highlighted in the date selection calendar.<\/li>\n<li>NEW: Appointment Calendar: Don&#8217;t like the term &#8220;Provider&#8221;? Change it to whatever you want.<\/li>\n<li>NEW: Appointment Calendar: Don&#8217;t like the term &#8220;Client&#8221;? Change it to whatever you want.<\/li>\n<li>ADDED: Warning if PhonePad takes more than 30 seconds to start up.<\/li>\n<li>IMPROVED: Cut, Copy and Paste added to right-click menu in text (MEMO) messages.<\/li>\n<li>CHANGED: Free Text Appointment Type renamed as Miscellaneous.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED: Caller ID information window wasn&#8217;t popping up for TAPI devices.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED: Administrator notifications were not working.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED: Issue with Forgot My Password feature.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED: System Rules wasn&#8217;t correctly saving the toolbar configuration.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED: Pushover email address under User edit not being saved.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED: Outgoing messages would reappear after being deleted.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED: Outgoing messages list not updating when new messages are saved.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED: Outgoing messages were adding incorrect company and phone number for callers.<\/li>\n<li>FIXED: Sent Message List not sorting on date correctly after new message.<\/li>\n<li>Minor fixes and improvements.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Important Information About MessageSender<\/h3>\n<p>This release is only compatible with MessageSender Version <strong>6.22.0 or later<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Installation Information<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Please note:<\/strong> Server Updates <strong>must<\/strong> be installed on your Server or Host PC, not your workstation (unless your workstation is also the Host PC) \u00e2\u20ac\u201c they <strong>cannot<\/strong> be installed directly on your workstations.\u00c2\u00a0 Make sure all users are logged out of PhonePad as the PhonePad Server will be stopped during the update and then restarted once it has completed.\u00c2\u00a0 Workstations will be automatically updated when PhonePad 5 Workstation is started on each workstation. <strong>Important<\/strong>: When downloading and installing an update from your My PhonePad account, <strong>make sure it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s actually the update<\/strong> and <strong>not<\/strong> the server setup program.<\/p>\n<h3>How Updates Work<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Please read:<\/strong> You do <strong>not<\/strong> need to install every update between this one and the last update you installed.\u00c2\u00a0 PhonePad uses a smart update system that compares your current PhonePad system with what&#8217;s in the update, works out what changes are required, and then makes those changes.\u00c2\u00a0 So if you are a few versions behind don&#8217;t worry.\u00c2\u00a0 You can skip all of the updates in between and go straight to this update.<\/p>\n<h3>Updates and Anti-Virus Software<\/h3>\n<p>Depending on the anti-virus software you use, <em>when you install a Server Update your AV software may class the updated software as a different program due to the change in binary signature<\/em>.\u00c2\u00a0 If you experience <strong>speed or freezing issues<\/strong> after an update, you may need to reconfigure your AV software to stop real-time scanning of PhonePad.\u00c2\u00a0 This may need to be done on the both your Server or Host PC, and your workstations.<\/p>\n<h3>Digital Signatures<\/h3>\n<p>All PhonePad executables and DLLs are digitally signed for your protection.<\/p>\n<p>You can confirm that a file is safe by right-clicking on it and selecting <em>Properties<\/em> from the popup menu, and then selecting the <em>Digital Signatures<\/em> tab.<\/p>\n<a
