If you can, double-click on the PhonePad icon to open it.<\/p>\n<p>Another reason this can happen is if you logged into PhonePad on another computer with more than one display or different resolution settings.<\/p>\n<p>If you can see PhonePad in the taskbar then this is likely the cause. The PhonePad window is probably displaying off-screen somewhere.<\/p>\n<p>To fix this, close PhonePad. Now hold down the CONTROL key and open PhonePad. This should re-centre it on your screen.<\/p>\n<p>If that doesn&#8217;t resolve the issue then it might be something else.<\/p>\n<p>If you notice that PhonePad is opening and closing right away, then something else is causing the issue and it&#8217;s time to contact Support.<\/p>\n<p>You can reach them at support@cybercom-software.com.
