It ensures that:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You always have access to the latest version of PhonePad.<\/li>\n<li>You receive fast, professional assistance when you need it.<\/li>\n<li>You\u2019re protected from unexpected support costs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>By combining updates and support, the Care Plan offers greater convenience and long-term value.<\/p>\n<p>It also helps us continue to invest in the development and support infrastructure that keeps PhonePad running smoothly across thousands of businesses.<\/p>\n<h2>Pricing<\/h2>\n<p>Pricing will stay the same as it is with the current Update Plan.\u00a0 For businesses that have an active Update Plan, you will automatically be transitioned across to the new PhonePad Care Plan.<\/p>\n<p>The cost will be either 30% or 40% of the cost of your PhonePad license &#8211; it depends on when you last renewed your Update Plan.<\/p>\n<h2>What If I Don\u2019t Subscribe?<\/h2>\n<p>If you choose not to subscribe to the Care Plan:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a perpetual license so you can continue using your <em>current<\/em> version of PhonePad.<\/li>\n<li>You won\u2019t receive any future updates.<\/li>\n<li>Support will be available on a <strong>pay-per-incident<\/strong> or <strong>pay-per-session<\/strong> basis.\u00a0 The initial cost will be $45 per support request (only 1 issue per request &#8211; no stacking\/bundling issues into one request) and $55 per remote session.<\/li>\n<li>You won&#8217;t receive priority service or member-only benefits<\/li>\n<li>You won\u2019t have access to exclusive features or early releases.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>For businesses that rely on PhonePad daily, we strongly recommend the Care Plan as the most cost-effective and efficient way to maintain your system.<\/p>\n<h2 data-start=\"76\" data-end=\"114\">Do I Need a Care Plan to Get Help?<\/h2>\n<p data-start=\"116\" data-end=\"251\">Not at all.
