If a client doesn't turn up to an appointment you can mark them as a "No Show".

 

1.Select the appointment from the list.

 

2.Click the No Show button on the Home toolbar.

3.You will be asked to confirm the No Show.

 

4.A icon will appear on the appointment showing that they didn't turn up.  This will also be recorded in the client's history.
