Managing the Notification Service

The Notification Service is responsible for sending refresh notifications to workstations when new messages are received, messages are changed, new follow up notes are receiving and so on. This is a vital service that should always be running

Select Notification Service to manage the Caller ID service.

NotificationService

Install	Installs the Notification service.
Start	Starts the Notification service.
Stop	Stops the Notification service.
Uninstall	Uninstalls the Notification service.
Logs	Opens the Log Viewer and displays the Notification logs.
Service Status	Indicates the current status of the Notification service.

If you get an Access Denied error when try to install or start the service, close the Control Center. Find the ControlCenter application in the folder you installed the server in, right-click on it, and then select Run as Administrator.
