These settings control access to users sending quick messages via Pushover.
Allow users to send messages using Pushover
When checked, users can send quick messages via Pushover. This allows you to enable/disable this feature for all users system-wide. You will still need to grant users access individually under User Management.
Allow users to send scheduled messages using Pushover
When checked, users can schedule messages to be sent at a specified date and time.
Make sure you don't forget to set the Pushover Settings under Communication Settings.
