Welcome Screen
Open the Welcome window. This window can be set to display at startup.
Caller Information
Show/hide the Caller Information tab.
User Interface Mode
Show or hide various functionality depending on how much of PhonePad you use. Has 4 levels: Basic, Standard, Advanced and Custom.
Show Follow Up Notes
Show or hide Follow Up Notes.
Message Preview
Show/hide the Message Preview tab.
Call History
Displays a history of calls received and made. Requires compatible Caller ID hardware.
Received Calls
Open the Received Calls window. If the computer is connected to a TAPI-compliant device then this window will show all phone calls received.
CallFlow
Open the CallFlow window, which displays all messages for the selected caller.

Customize your personal settings for various features.
Caller ID Settings
Configure PhonePad to use your compatible Caller ID hardware.
Customize Toolbar
Allows you to show or hide toolbar buttons.
