Issue: Inbox Not Refreshing

If you find that your Inbox is not refreshing then it means the UDP messages are being blocked on port 12601.

Solution 1

Check your firewall to make sure that UDP messages are allowed on port 12601. If you have anti-virus installed then you may need to check its firewall as well. Also, check your router to make sure UDP messages are not being blocked.

Solution 2

Perform these steps on your Server or Host PC. 1. Open ControlCenter (it should be located on your desktop in a folder called PhonePad 5 Server). 2. Select Notification Service.
3. Click the Settings button.
4. Select Use Workstation IP Address.
5. Click the OK button. 6. Click the Stop button.
6. Click the Start button.
