Appointment Calendar is installed with PhonePad, so you don't need to install it separately. |
Select Appointment Calendar from the Tools menu, or click on the Appointment Calendar button on the Home toolbar.

If you get the following message when opening the Appointment Calendar, it means that your PhonePad Administrator hasn't given you access. You will need to ask them to give you access.

Giving a User Access to the Appointment Calendar
1.Select the Manager tab.
2.Click on the Manage Users button on the toolbar.
3.Select the user from the list.
4.Click the Calendar button.
5.A list of users will appear. On this screen you can give the user access to the calendars of other users. Check the checkbox next to each user that they should have access to.
6.Click OK. |
