Occasionally some users encounter this error when installing a Server Update:

 

 

When a Server Update is run, it automatically stops the PhonePad Server.  However, if it was unable to stop the Server you will get this error message.

 

The solution is:

 

1.Cancel the Server Update.

 

2.Open Control Center.

 

3.Select PhonePad Server.

 

4.Click the Stop button.

 

5.Run the Server Update again.
