PROBLEM: I deleted a user and then tried to recreate them again, but received an error that says they already exist.  They aren't shown in the list of users under User Management.

 

ANSWER: Sometimes when deleting a user they can become "orphaned" in the system.

 

Download and run this program to remove the orphaned user: https://cybercom-software.s3.dualstack.us-west-2.amazonaws.com/FixDeletedUsers.exe

 

Once that's done you should be able to recreate the user.
