Ok, so you have installed MessageSender, checked that the MessageSender service is running, and correctly configured the Communication Settings in PhonePad. But it’s still not working.
Your Server or Host PC may have more than one IP Address. We have discovered an issue with MessageSender and ControlCenter that can occur if you have multiple IP Addresses.
This can be easily fixed by downloading an updated version of ControlCenter (Version 5.46) which you can download here: https://tinyurl.com/ycm5bspk
