If your PhonePad Inbox isn’t refreshing when new messages are sent to you then here’s what to check (this only applies to users using PhonePad Version 5.65.5 or later):
- Check on each workstation to make sure the Workstation Notification Service is running.
- Check the Server or Host PC to make sure the Notification Service is NOT running.
