Why Can’t I See PhonePad When I Start It?

Hey there!

The question is: “Why Can’t I See PhonePad When I Start It?

There could be a couple of reasons for this.

PhonePad could be minimised to the system tray, or what’s sometimes called the notification area.

Check in there to see if you can see the PhonePad icon. If you can, double-click on the PhonePad icon to open it.

Another reason this can happen is if you logged into PhonePad on another computer with more than one display or different resolution settings.

If you can see PhonePad in the taskbar then this is likely the cause. The PhonePad window is probably displaying off-screen somewhere.

To fix this, close PhonePad. Now hold down the CONTROL key and open PhonePad. This should re-centre it on your screen.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue then it might be something else.

If you notice that PhonePad is opening and closing right away, then something else is causing the issue and it’s time to contact Support.
