Changes and Fixes
- Reminders in System Rules can now be created on the same day.
- Master View charts can now be resized.
- Improved name splitting when adding new Address Book entries.
- Added missing parameters for Clickatell.
- Added methods for Remote Access.
- Fixed issues with MessageAlert.
- Added Separator and Date/Time stamp options for phone messages.
- Minor fixes.

Workstations will be automatically updated when PhonePad 5 Workstation is started on each workstation.
If you have PhonePad Version 5.5.0 or later you should be able to download and install this update via the Application Update feature. If you have automatic updates enabled then the update should download and install for you automatically.
You can also download the updates from your My PhonePad account.
These updates are available for both fully licensed users and trial users.

If you ever need to move your PhonePad 5 database to a different Server or Host PC, the MoveDatabase application will make it quick and simple. Just download the application and install it on your current Server or Host PC. Run it and follow the 4 easy steps.
It will compress your database into a self-extracting file that is preset for the correct database location on your new Server or Host PC.
Important Note:Â If you are installing a newer version of PhonePad 5 Server on your new Server or Host PC, upgrade your existing Server or Host PC before running MoveDatabase.

We are pleased to announce the release of PhonePad 5.6.0 Server Update.
New Features
- Added short messages: Pushover and SMS. You can now send quick messages to staff via Pushover or clients by SMS.
- Added user access options for Pushover and SMS messages. Administrators can set user access to these features.
- Added user message statistics to Overview.
- Added a new feature that allows admins to find any duplicate entries in the Address Book.
- Admins can now specify the number of days for automatic deleted message clearing.
- Admins can show or hide tabs in Address Book entries.
- Address Book entries can now show a caller’s location on Google Maps.
- Additional caller information can now be added when logging a phone call, eg. Address, multiple phone numbers, location on Google Maps.
- New message printout shows caller address and the location on Google Maps.
- Added Delete button for system log.

We are pleased to announce the release of PhonePad 5.5.0 Server Update.
This version of PhonePad 5 is all about updates. We have improved, redesigned and simplified the Application Update feature making it easy for you to check for new versions and install them.
We have also implemented an Auto Update feature. If you want updates downloaded and installed automatically without having to worry about them, this is the feature for you. PhonePad 5 Server will check for updates every night and install any that are found. Workstations will be automatically updated when users log in.
