Schedule and manage appointments quickly and easily with the new Appointment Calendar for PhonePad 5. Appointment Calendar features an intuitive user interface making it easy to learn. Manage appointments for multiple users, or just one. Features include: Day, Week and Month calendar views. View appointment details by hovering mouse cursor over an appointment. Repeat (recurring) appointments. Easily find next appointment for any provider. Copy all details of an existing appointment to a new appointment. Various appointment types (Standard, Concurrent, Personal, Breaks, Leave, etc.) Configurable main toolbar. 12 or 24 hour time format. Dates adjust to your local settings. Printouts and reports. Complete history of all appointments. Plus more. Appointment Calendar is a paid add-on for PhonePad 5. It is a multi-user network-based appointment scheduling application. It integrates with the PhonePad 5 database and communicates via the PhonePad 5 Server, so there is no duplication of data. The contacts that appear in the Appointment Calendar are the same contacts that appear in PhonePad and its Address Book. This is the first release of Appointment Calendar. Over the next few weeks and months we will be adding more functionality, improvements, and even tighter integration with PhonePad. As a licensed Appointment Calendar customer, you will get these for free. How Do I Install Appointment Calendar? Licensed Users If you already have PhonePad installed then you can install Appointment Calendar by downloading and installing PhonePad Version 5.66.0 Server Update (or later). You can download this from your online account at My PhonePad. Trial Users If you don’t have PhonePad installed then download PhonePad Server and PhonePad Workstation from the Download page. If you already have PhonePad installed then email support@cybercom-software.com and we will send you a download link for the update. Appointment Calendar features a 60-day trial and is a separate purchase to PhonePad 5. How Much is Appointment Calendar? Appointment Calendar is $87. This is a one-time cost. There are no subscription fees or recurring costs. How Many Licenses Do I Need? Just one. The number of “providers” in Appointment Calendar is based on the number of users in your PhonePad license.
Important Information: We wanted to get Appointment Calendar out to you as soon as possible. We haven’t quite finished the Help, but we didn’t want this to delay getting Appointment Calendar to you. You should find Appointment Calendar quite intuitive but we will have the Help finished soon. In the current release of Appointment Calendar the Help is all online. If you access it you will probably find some Help topics are not complete. Rest assured we are still working on this. More and more will be added each day over the next few days. Once that’s done we will release the User Guide in PDF format. The Suggestion and Support Request options aren’t quite ready but they too will come online over the next few days.
