If we are providing a free remote support session we
will give you a coupon code so you won’t be charged.
If you are a trial user you will also receive a coupon
code. Otherwise, please enter your payment details
when prompted.

If you’re experiencing an issue that can’t be resolved by
email, then the next step is usually remote support. It’s the
next best thing to on-site support.
All you have to do is book a time that is convenient for you
and we will remote in to your Server and/or Workstations
as needed. We will talk
with you on the phone at
the same time and work
with you to fix the
problem. Or if you prefer, we can remote in after hours so
we don’t interrupt your work day. It’s your choice.
Important: Please do not book a remote support session
until you have arranged it with us first.
PhonePad 5 Users: Remote Support is chargeable unless
we decide that we will provide the session for free. If you
are a trial user then you do not need to pay for the session.
If we offer you a free remote support session you will need
to get a coupon code from us so that you will not be
charged for the session.
PhonePad 4 Users: Unfortunately we can no longer
provide free remote support for PhonePad 4 so you will be
charged for the session.
