All support requests are tracked and you can check the status of your request at any time in the Support Portal.

Chat online with our sales and support staff and get answers to your questions. You can find the chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of every page on our website. We don’t have 24/7 live chat (yet) so if we are unavailable you can leave a message and it will be automatically logged into our help desk system. Call Us We don’t currently provide live phone support (if you need support then please email us) but if you have any questions you can call us and leave a voicemail message. We’ll call you back at the earliest opportunity. Remote Support Sometimes problems can't be resolved by email or phone calls. We would love to visit you on site but that’s not really practical, however we can do the next best thing. With Remote support, we can connect directly to your PC over the Internet and fix the problem you're having while talking with you on the phone. It’s almost like we’re actually there with you! Remote support sessions are free if you are trialing PhonePad 5. If you are a licensed PhonePad 5 user then the cost is $37 per session, unless we provide you with a free session (it depends on the situation) . Installation Assistance Do you need help installing our software on your network? We can help you get up and running quickly. Sit back while we remote connect and install your new software for you. And we do this for free. Crazy, right? Learning Center Visit the Learning Center for video tutorials, instructions on how to install, set up and use our products, manuals and user guides, and much more. Knowledge Base If you are having any issues you may find the answers you need in our online Knowledge Base. It contains solutions to problems that other users have experienced. Sometimes it can be something that can be fixed quickly and easily. You can access the Knowledge Base 24/7. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) You may have questions that have already been answered.
