We provide FREE email support. This is our
preferred method of support, and you will get the
fastest response using this method. You can either
email us at support@cybercom-software.com, or
log a request through our Support Portal.
All support requests are tracked and you can check
the status of your request at any time in the
Support Portal.
Live Chat
Chat online with our sales and support staff and
get answers to your questions. You can find the
chat icon in the bottom right hand corner of every
page on our website.
We don’t have 24/7 live chat (yet) so if we are
unavailable you can leave a message and it will be
automatically logged into our help desk system.

you need support then please email us) but if you

Remote Support
Sometimes problems can't be resolved by email or
phone calls. We would love to visit you on site but
that’s not really practical, however we can do the
next best thing. With Remote support, we can
connect directly to your PC over the Internet and
fix the problem you're having while talking with
you on the phone. It’s almost like we’re actually
there with you!
Remote support sessions are free if you are trialing
PhonePad 5. If you are a licensed PhonePad 5 user
then the cost is $47 per session, unless we provide
you with a free session (it depends on the
situation) .
Installation Assistance
Do you need help installing our software on your
network? We can help you get up and running
quickly. Sit back while we remote connect and
install your new software for you. And we do this
for free. Crazy, right?
Reinstallation Assistance
Just had some new computers delivered and need
assistance reinstalling PhonePad? Need to move
PhonePad to a new server?
There are instructions online on how to do this, but
if you would prefer us to do this for you we’re
happy to help.
Remote reinstallation is available for $30 for a 30
minute appointment.
Server Update Assistance
Installing Server Updates is relatively simple, but if
you would prefer us to do it we can remotely
connect and install server updates for you.
Server Update Assistance is available for $30 per
server update.
Learning Center
Visit the Learning Center for video tutorials,
instructions on how to install, set up and use our
products, manuals and user guides, and much
more.
Knowledge Base
If you are having any issues you may find the
answers you need in our online Knowledge Base. It
contains solutions to problems that other users
have experienced. Sometimes it can be something
that can be fixed quickly and easily. You can access
the Knowledge Base 24/7.
